About me
My name is Annina Tonkov. I am a clinical psychologist (M.Sc.), systemic counselor and, since September 2024, a systemic individual, couple and family therapist (DGSF) in further training at wispo AG. In recent years I have increasingly dealt with communication, conflict negotiation and sexuality within a wide variety of romantic relationship constellations and I also focus my work on these subject areas, both in individual and couple settings. Interculturality also plays a big role in my life, which is why topics such as growing up interculturally, intercultural relationships and starting over in another country are reflected in my practice and are explored with sensitivity. Last but not least, I have worked increasingly with ADHD patients and have learnt more about their life realities, such as their needs and struggles, but also their superpowers.
It is my personal concern to strengthen people's relationships with themselves and their environment in terms of acceptance and self-efficacy, as well as to give them tools for processing emotions and communication. I attach particular importance to being able to approach each person unbiased, but taking social influences into account. I would like to have a counseling practice in which clients can show themselves openly, no matter where they come from, what religion they practice, what they look like, how old they are, what gender they identify as, who they love or desire or what family/relationship constellation they (wish to live in).
